Los Corrales in Kansas City, Missouri, is the first Mexican restaurant ever opened in Kansas City. Los Corrals was opened in 1949 by the Corrals family, and it has not stopped serving up warm chips & salsa, cold margaritas, packed burritos, and more since the first customer walked in.
Los Corrales in Kansas City, Missouri, has become one of my favorite spots for traditional Mexican cuisine. The deep-fried tacos, pork burrito spreads, and shrimp and fish tacos are some of the must-try dishes. I’m a big fan of their chips and salsa – they’re always hot and fresh, which is a delightful start to any meal.
The service at Los Corrales is generally very friendly and attentive. The staff are helpful and often make great suggestions. However, there are occasions when the service can be a bit slow, especially during busy times.
The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, which I really appreciate. It can get a bit crowded and noisy, especially during peak hours, but that doesn’t take away from the overall experience for me. Unfortunately, they don’t have any outdoor dining options, which would have been a nice addition.
All in all, my experiences at Los Corrales have been mostly positive.
